Keep up the good work

I had recently bought a washing machine from Lowes and was growing frustrated with excessive vibration that was worse than the old machine I replaced. One of your techs came by my house yesterday to have a look. He suggested the floor may be the problem and advised me to place a section of pressboard or OSB under the machine and that should be the cure. It made sense and we’ll see what happens. I’ve been in my house for close to 25 years and we’ve had all kinds of repairmen and other people come to the house to do work. Some of them I was hesitant to let in the door because of their appearance. Some had shabby vehicles and poor equipment. When your tech came by yesterday I was greeted with a new looking vehicle with a friendly & knowledgeable guy in a neat uniform who diagnosed the problem quickly. He was professional in his attitude and appearance and I was very impressed with him and your service. I thought the only place you could find that kind of repairman was on TV commercials. Keep up the good work!

I was impressed with the patience shown by both men. I had asked many questions about two different appliances. They were both able to answer my questions. I have had bad experiences in the past with the techs (not from your establishment) breaking my appliances. In this day it is hard to know exactly what to do and you expect the people that you call to always be on the customers side. I do agree that with Raytech, you do care for and about the customers. I called Raytech after a friend suggested them after an unhappy experience with another company. The service I received from Raytech was above and beyond what I expected. My schedule is not an easy schedule but the young lady was able to work with my schedule so that I didn't have to take too much time off from work. The gentleman who came out was respectful and was careful not to leave a mess that he actually wore work booties on his shoes!! The parts were ordered and installed within a week. As a widow and a new Virginia resident, I have found a real jewel in Raytechs Customer Service. For Example: I recently had microwave problems, and had Raytech come out. The technician was aware of a recall and was able to have my microwave exchanged, saving me replacement costs. He also was able to fix my Refrigerator/freezer and I’ve was pleased with that repair as well.
